Last year i tried to talk with phil a few times about setting up my motor and trying to get everything right the first time. He was super busy at the time and i got the idea that he did not like me and did not want to help me. Over the weekend i went up the to the smith mountain lake ride, we had the chance to sit down and talk. Turns out it was just that, he was super busy and i got the wrong idea. I have been fighting a small issue with my ski this year and he gave me some pointers, told me to swap jets around, so i did. He rode the ski and few times and said your carbs were causing the issue, but you have an issue with it breaking up at times, he suggested i swap the ignition. But we had the time to sit down and talk about different things, different setups, and different issues. He gave me all sorts of good info. Phil is a really great guy and really cares about the sport, he wants to help in anyway possible. My ski now runs a lot better than it did for the past couple months, all thanks to his help and advice. If you want to pull the most power out of your setup, phil is the guy to get in touch with. He knows skis very well and has come across just about every problem imaginable. Anybody that has ridden dans chan or any of phils skis knows what they are capable of. P&P Performance rated #1.
