Other waverunner pumps fit in SJ's?

Will the SJ's accept any other Waverunner model's 144mm pump? :shrug:

afaik, yes.

The GP800 144 isn't a direct bolt-in but it will work. Other stuff, like WaverRaiders, WRIIIs, and Blasters of course will.

I believe you're thinking of the GP760 pump?

So with a SJ driveshaft, I can use one of the other yamaha 144mm pumps?
I was unsure if the mounting ears lined up and if the pump was the same length, etc.

Yup. The GP760 pump bolts up, too, it's just that it's got that weird window on the side.

I believe you're thinking of the GP760 pump?

The 98'-00' GP800 had the 144mm pump. GP800R from 01'-05' have the 155mm pump.

Yup. The GP760 pump bolts up, too, it's just that it's got that weird window on the side.

I noticed that as well. What do you do for that? Bolt up a block off plate?
