96-current are all the same as far as 98% of the parts. Some things like spark plugs changed from a 7 hotter plug to an 8 colder plug a few years back. Only thing you have to look for is near 150 compression in each cylinder give or take 5 psi difference maximum, and make sure the hull and pump area aren't chewed up.

I suggest you take a spin on a few different boats.
There's guys with stockers, limiteds, and Lamey's.
And, there's a fella or two with a kawasaki...

Lamey - Aftermarket cylinder, custom built motor.

^^^^^You guys ant lying! I think my B1 makes a better freestyle ski then a SXR. Im trying to get it down to about 300lbs, gota few tricks, will post some pics Sunday. It should be sick with the motor thats going in it.
