Octane handling

Last fall I purchased a stock octane. I did the watcon rejetting, stearing plate, and tow loop. My ski will not lean in the turns and slides out. What are the best products to use to help the octane handle more like an sxr. I am hoping to race in two weeks and want to be competative. Thanks

Blowsion Tubbies will help the handling. But you will never get it like an SXR... It will always ride very flat, and you will have to learn to ride it that way. if you lean, it will slide out.

EDIT: I forgot one more thing... drill a second mounting hole for the pivot ball on your turn nozzle, closer to the nozzle and mount the cable end there. it will increase your throw and the steering will be more responsive.

There's also something about cutting out part of the back of the ski, along the bond line.

Not sure what it does, but I believe it's Watcon recommendation.
