Blaster Nynja WB 1 pipe

Hi.
I have bought a NYNJA C4 complete pipe for my WB 1 but I have problems with assembly.
There is absolutely no space between hull and headpipe ? What have I done wronge ?

From what I have read over the last few years the ninja head pipe is not exactly the same dimensions as the factory pipe...and that's probably why your having issues

It's a tight fit in there to start with...one thing I do know is that if you run a billet cylinder they are taller than stock and you would have clearance issues there aswell

Hi.
Thanks for answer. I use oem cylinder so I'll try to sizzle away 5 millimeters on the sealing side of the cylinder.
I have also cut off about 4 millimeters on the head pipe. There was a lot of material.
I hope to get about 10 millimeters between the hull and the head pipe.
