Nozzle Boring again ''How To ''

heres another method to bore out a nozzle took about 15 minutes taking my time to make it even all around, Its very easy . I took it from 82 to 85 mm , I would not hesitate doing it again . piece -o cake- , I really just wanted to try out my new fleabay spindle sander , I finished it with a few hand swipes and some 180 grit to smooth the roughness .

OK, but shouldn't it be bored all the way ???

that is bored all the way ! thats a gp800 nozz, and it is taperbored to begin with , now it has about 1 inch straight where when it was uncut it had about 3/8 straight . I went with that nozz on my blaster so i can have a cats system along with the 66e eng

Interesting :scratchchin:

What is that, a router table with a large toilet paper tube size sanding band attachment?

Is there anyway you can put a one or two degree angle on that set-up?

its an ocilating 'UP+DOWN ' spindle sander and it has a tilting table so yes it is doable , I really dont think that anyone who is freestyle ripping will notice a difference with a taperbore to the very tip ,if so it would be a very small gain in comparison to just opening up the nozz IMO
