Novi 44 problem, will they work at 27psi popoff?

Help, just got it back together and it is pumping fuel but won't pull through the carbs. All I changed is downsizing the pilot and raise popoff.

You need to increase the size of your pilot jets when you raise the pop-off pressure.

The Novi 44s have a great main circuit but suffer from a lower then stock signal on the pilot circuit; so make the low speed jet a lot larger then you would normally run.
