Going to purchase a 650sx and X2 650 for $200 with trailer, good deal or not good deal? The 650 SX has about 3 inches of water in the hole and I'm not sure how to remove it

Payday is tomorrow. I started this hobby With a js440 now doesn't run that good but I'm trying to get it right. took it out last weekend and it bog down on me
