What end is on your air station?
That is a sow cable cord grip with a .187 rubber gland, seals perfectly to the Presta. I can dump high pressure to seat bead, and switch to low pressure instantly to keep tire full for sealant to seal tire. Newer tires are better but old ones took awhile to seal, bead would fall off b4 sealant activated.

Nice build!!

I think I am going to switch my Trek superfly over to tubeless.

I have my Farley set up tubeless ( 2-sets of wheels/tires. Summer/dirt, and others are snow only) I just put a short piece of fuel line over the presta and pumped up with the air nozzle. My tires actually snap hard onto the bead though. I still like your hose end, and may make one up like this.

I don't know what you guys use for sealant, but I think it's all overpriced. Here's my sauce:

A nice humping teaspoon of mold builder (latex), 8 oz. of RV Antifreeze. @Flash-FX and I been doin this for years in various mixes. We used to add particles like ground rubber, or eraser, Flash even used glitter (explains those trees in the middle of the woods lookin like stripper poles). Throw it in the blender, put it in your tire, it seems to make it's own particles.

Thanks! Tubing and clamp works great, always had to use a hose clamp and look for a screwdriver though, the cord grip makes it toolless .
