I need at least a day or two to set up the lathe to make a dome that I don't have on the shelf. I would like to have domes ready to ship to the customer same day, but with around 15 different combinations it is just not practical right now.

The head can be ordered with any anodize color for $35, we have clear ready to ship at no extra cost.

I'm just curious... what the thickness at the edge of the domes on the 90mm bore size?

I would like to have my port timing a bit lower by machining the bottom of the cylinders a bit and custom machining the domes with more squish clearance.

I can machine the domes to your specs no problem. All 90mm domes are made to order. There is .500 inch there to work with for squish clearance. IMPORTANT: with a 90mm bore the oring is moved outward as far as possible. If it is a sleeved cylinder, the sleeve flange must extend to where the stock material was. Any step or broken off casting will not allow oring to seal. If the cylinder is going to be nikasiled at 90mm, make sure the cylinders do not have excessive waterjacket core shift for the same reason as above. Outside of the oring grove for 90mm dome is at 3.83 dia.
