Gave this guy a $500 down payment for his hull that he said would be ready soon waited and waited months so long that I told him to refund me. He agreed but said he needed time to come up with the money that he said he wouldn't touch. He finally paid me back $300 of the $500 after numerous calls and bugging him. He has disappeared since screwing me out of $200 so just stay away from this guy at all cost! He's out of the sac area in CA his name is Bill guy is a snake.
