need some quick tuning advice

Im building a new motor this winter b/c my sj still has the 650 in it, anyways im buying my buddies Riva dry pipe, the huge beast I think its type 4. I wanna run that for the last two weeks of riding on my 650 and im hoping to ride tonight. Right now the ski only has a 175psi head no pipe. I dont need the thing tuned perfect right now but what should I expect to adjust switching from stock to this pipe. Im using the 650 crank and thats it from this engine in the new build so if anything goes wrong, oh well. thanks

k well I learned as I went and got it all squared away, top end is crisp but everything I do to the low speed cant make the bottom end just right, it was chopping so it was hard to tell. I put the ski against the marina wall and tested with the hood off from there and it worked pretty well.

On the factory dry pipe manifold there are two barbs, I only have single cooling so what is the bottom for? i go from pump to top manifold barb-Head to bottom of chamber by the coupler- Top of chamber to first barb at the end by the stinger, then last stinger to pisser. IS that right and I just have the bottom barb on the manifold plugged???
