300/440/550 need some exhaust help js550

I recently just bought a used exhaust for my js550, and i was installing it last night and i realized that when i took the stock one off it had 3 locations for tubes, one at the bottom of the manifold that went to the back of the ski, one on head to the bottom of the smaller side pipe, and then one from the upper part of the side pipe to the pisser on the side. with the new exhaust i have the place on the manifold for the tube going out the back, then i have a place for a tube on the part that sits on top of the manifold and then the location on the head, which one goes to the pisser on the side and where does the other one go to? there is no other location on the exhaust to put it. any help would be greatly appreciated
