I'm building up my '99 Superjet with hopes of doing some freestyle (more like no-stlye with my experience and coordination level) this winter.
Rive ported 760 cylinder
Cool head with 180 psi domes
B-Pipe
stock carbs
maybe an MSD enhancer
All of my riding is flat water. Occasionally we chase the boat and jump it's wake. Right now (basically stock 701 with a dry pipe) the ski will go 50 mph with an inexperienced rider (me) but seems to have lots of trouble hooking up at low speeds (I have a scoop grate).
What is my best choice when looking for a good flat-water freestyle impeller?
