Need help... oil pouring out of exhaust

I got the bug to start riding again! My Superjet has been sitting for a few years with little to no ride time. Started out of water with flush kit and when running oil/gas was pouring out the back exhaust. Smoke and smell of exhaust was also off. I pulled the head and one of the domes was clean the other oil/gas covered ( see Picture). Some of the things I have done so far...

-replaced orings in domes
-replaced all fuel lines and filters
-emptied old gas from tank and replaced with fresh
-replaced spark plugs
-checked spark on plugs (both had spark)
-checked compression 150+psi in both

Same result after doing the above. I am thinking cleaning/ rebuilding carbs would be next step. Any help would be appreciated!

When ever gas oil dumps out the tail pipe it means the needle is leaking gas into the motor. If you want to be cheap and have other smaller or larger seats and needles, switch needles since the ridge or worn spot will be in a different spot on the smaller or larger seat. Muffdiver fix or just buy new. Are those flat tops in there?
