Need bow stop ideas

I need ideas for a bow stop on my new trailer. The problem is that the trailer frame curves in under the ski so the nose of the ski is out in space with nothing to mount to. Make sense?

Where the stand up ski is on the strainer is where it sits best (talking front to back)

I'd love to have a stop that I can use a big pin through the bow eye

Plans thus far are to make a platform in the front of the trailer for my wagon (that hauls stuff from the parking lot down to the beach).

That's about it.

I'm cooked lately and have no creativity to come up with any solid ideas.

I do have a welder.

2" box tube, come out the side of trailer then up to In front of
your ski. Basically build an L out of 2" box, weld to trailer. The klotz bow stops that use a pin some mount with u bolts around them. U bolt it to your upright. You can buy just the amount of box you need from metals online and flat plate cut to size. I plated the end of mine and u bolted the bow stop to it. Ski in foreground

Edit; I see 2 inch box on the floor your half way there. I know you said you like the ski there but if you wanted to use your existing removable box I'd bring the ski forward verse cantalevering out to the ski. The angle of the photo makes ski and existing bow seem of center, hopefully not. How heavy/big is that ski ? You could also u clamp the L to the trailer with an additional horiziontal length of box tube

2" square tube held on by u-bolts with back plates makes the distance on the trailer adjustable. Jet ski setup adds a winch adjustable side to side and in height. You can get a bow stop that uses a metal pin that is either bolted to the post or clips onto the wench. Personally I have had those and prefer the stop I have. I use a piece of 1" webbing through the bow eye to connect the winch to, but other options are webbing on the wench or the aftermarket wire bow loops.

As a side note, if you look at my bunk boards you will see that they are topped with 6" deck board ripped down to 1" wide pieces, the 1/4" router on the edges and counter sunk stainless screws holding them on spaced at 1'. An 8' piece of deck board can cover 3 bunks, so the triple wide trailer cost $50 to top to boards. My skis slide like butter. Certainly do not back down the ramp w/o the wench attached.
