Super Jet Name this ebox

What's this ebox out of? Short battery cables. Has a extra set ( 4 wires) with the start and stop wires. Will it work( with longer battery/starter wires) in my square project? Can I remove the pink, black, red and green wires out of the equation?

Usually all those extra wires are just pigtailed inside and can be unplugged and discarded. No issues whatsoever.
