the difference is no other skis have PLASTIC AND RUBBER for cooling lines

Dude, lay off the cooling lines, they are superior. Seriously!

The only problem the exhaust might have is if it falls apart. That's it. If it doesn't, it won't have a problem. The exhaust tube just has to be there. It doesn't need to support anything. It doesn't get hot.

Some people really don't understand how mechanics and materials work

Not to stir anything up. I dont personally see a problem using pvc, but if it were to fail, would he come out to my house and replace it, on his dollar? IF it were to fail, it would take alot of time, and a couple bucks. And my time is definitely worth more than the few dollars extra it would cost for an aluminum tube. Again, this is just a for instance, as i think the pvc is fine.

Thank you Idok, finally someone can actually put some valuable input into a post, instead of attacking others, they can take the time to inform the reader.
...And for some reason I thought the SuperJet was made in 88 and 89. I could swear I was at Miles9c1 looking at a SuperJet that was an '89, maybe Im losing my mind up here in the cold.

I hate to get into this but it seems like u talk a lot of crap and call people lots of names. (Im sure other people on here do to but I just happen to see it more from u. Correct me if Im wrong) How old are we??? Im not trying to be a prick but can we put the swords away and let WD use what they want?

We all should know by now that callin people out for stuff like that does no good and it makes u look like a know-it-all. (BTW i dont know anything about this crap, I just ride)

i never claimed to be a know it all. i do know that theres a valid reason that NO reputable ski manufacturers use plastic and rubber hoses in inaccessible areas.

i know u have never claimed that. Ive seen pics of ur buildoff ski and its sweet. mad props. i just hate to see arguing unless someone starts knockin on other peoples moms and stuff. lol

hope to meet u and many of these other dudes in daytona!!!!

Or we could all skip the riding and have one huge battle royale!!!:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Funny, huh? And apparently he's quite a knowledgable engineer :haha:

laugh if you want. im not stupid enough to put cheap materials in an area as in post number one. im not the only one that feels that way either.

you think rubber hoses in an inaccesible area are "superior" to metal tubes.

yeah, youre quite the engineer yourself.

:haha::haha:

OK, so here is the digest:

1) WAterDawg uses plastic material for the exhaust. This can be changed by request of the customer.

2) Others feel metal (more specifically Aluminum) is a better choice.

Is there anything else substantive to contribute?
