Drill holes under the components, run the wires to the back so they are hidden, then route the wires over to the right side of the engine compartment and up to where they need to be.

Make sure you lap the flywheel to your crank and 5200 the wires coming out of the trigger to prevent problems down the road.

Sounds indepth and complicated.......I think you should come over and teach me the ways of TL when the time comes to hook it up. :haha: I'll watch

Cool, I can set mine up like yours, all I have to do is flip the plate so the coil and relay are on the right.

A good idea is to use grommets if you're gonna put wires through like the above picture. The constant chafing could cause some problems down the line.

Yeah, if I go that route the wires will be shrink wrapped and rubber gromets will be installed.

I recommend downloading the installation instructions from MSD . It doesn't hurt to double check everything according to instructions.

Although I do like the cleanliness of superjetts wiring, I personally like to have a visual on all of my connections. According to TJ (tim judge) , he reccommends running an extra ground cable (the same thickness as your battery ground) from the plate to the engine cases. This helps prevent the brain box from ever going bad due to bad or poor grounds.

Interesting :scratchchin: on the extra ground cable. Have any pics of one of your setups. So I take it you will have 2 ground connections: one directly to the cases the other to the plate then to the cases? So would you just have the ground wire spliced into 2?

I downloaded the instructions off of MSD's website and will go through each wire one at a time and check all connections. I need to verify some stuff b/c the is a single coil system and not the dual coil system that is on MSD website.
