Super Jet MSD making clicking sounds

Just that my ski sunk then someone used too much starter fluid to start it and fired my pistons. I just got it rebuilt and it turned over really slow now its just clicking coming from my msd. There was some water in my ebox. anyone know what it could be?

the msd has solid state circuitry, incapable of clicking sounds. Likely what you are hearing is the start solenoid chattering in the e box, because of low voltage (bad cable connections or low battery) which could also be caused by bad starter or engine.
