just bought MSD 8.5mm leads and boots off ebay.
Now, i read on the australian jetski suppliers store, that i says,
""*NOTE* These will not work on OEM Coils, MSD Coils only!""

hmmmmmm,
i have a nice green Dynatech coil, but the terminals that connect the lead to the coil are just working as skins, that then plug directly into the cylindrical shape socket, with the male, terminal and lead.
i understand the msd leads are made differentliy, giving them layers, instead of plane lead.
Anyone out there know if you can use MSD stuff without their coil???
I suppose some mods to the leads are possible, has anyone done this?
