i was feeling like trying something so i took my 61x motor apart and made the ex ports wider i made the top of the ports 69% as wide as the bore dia.it was 48mm stock and i went to 56mm and tapered it down so the the were 53 at the bottom of the port i did both evenly.i put it back togather and i did deburr the ports not it has not power it feels like a stock 650 the motor i real quiet compared to what it was before i have a factory dry pipe on was running 140 main 120 piolet 95 gram spring 2.3 ns 175 psi.then i bumped the main up to 150 no different.any idea if i messed these cylinders up or what i need to do to get it to run right.
thanks

Punctuation would really help make your post more readable.

You need to leave the main jet alone and increase the size of the pilot jet. WIdening the exhaust ports improves the power in the lower RPM range, so your pilot needs changing - not your main.
I suggest you read Mikuni's SBN tuning manual for more details on tuning.
FWIW, a similarly ported 61x cylinder (at 84mm bore) with B-Pipe runs @ 127.5 pilot and 147.5 main.
