moded carbs from michigan

my cousin picked up a set of 46 carbs at the wf. the guy say they were moded from a guy in michigan. there is a squirter instead of a bomb sight and then there is 12 holes that squirts fuel out around the throat of the carb.

any ideas or how to get intouch with the guy?

Sounds like SRE carbs, but I never knew that he was from Michigan (I'd guess Florida).
