mix up ported manifold with non ported headpipe

Is it possible to mix up a ported factory b pipe manifold with a non ported factory b pipe head pipe.
I know its not the best combo but at the moment the only thing I have.
Dont want to port the headpipe beacause I will use it later again.
So the question is can I use this mix or do I get a lot of trouble because of too much turbulence by the two different diameters.

not the best but it will work. why not port the headpipe too? most motors need it anyway.
