Super Jet Milky Carb Body

I built a BB771 motor and I am trying to dial in the carbs. When I was out tuning I noticed that the carb seemed to be really milky on the outer body and also in the air box. Not sure if my low speed jet is too big or if my pop off is too low. Any help would be appreciated.

Did a pop off test and I am getting about 16/17psi on both carbs.

I think my carbs may be getting too much fuel and may be sputtering? Is the pop off within normal range? Not sure if I need to rejet.

My carbs are milky all the time. I also spray everything down with WD40 on the regular. So.... yeah.

worn and loose throttle shafts can also make for a milky exterior carb body.

So I did extensive pop off testing and found 1 of the carbs had a leak on the fuel pump side. I rebuilt the carb and its not leaking fuel anymore. My low end is now too rich. I went down to a 120ls jet and increased pop off to 25psi. The ski runs much better but still has low end bog, mid throttle the ski hits hard. Should I drop another size on the low speed and increase the size jet for the HS?
