Super Jet Mikunis 38's adjustment

Just womdering if normal setting on a Mikuni dual 38's on a 701 62t is 1.5 turn high and 1 turn low after how much turn out do you need to go up to the next size jet? After a another full turn out? and do you go next size or more?

Half turn or less - go to smaller jet size.
Two turns or more - go to bigger jet size.
