Key Biscayne just extracted 25 bucks from me before I even got the ski wet. Anyone know where to launch a ski near South Beach without paying tolls and ramp fees? Love the surf, but just riding without the fees would be great.

I think theirs a ramp on 17th st in miami that is located right next to a Police station. You just have to pay for parking
