Yep I have it (that vest) and it is awesome, it looks like it would be bulky but it is perfect, I wear a large and am 6' 185#.

I have been debating getting a L or XL.. I am 6'4" 195 I have a large neo right now and it fits decent but is a little short. Its not like super thick and chunky is it?

The Matrix is much longer than the NEO I would say go large IMO. Its not thick at all its just longer wich makes it look bigger. Its thinner and fits better that the other slippery's I have had.
