Super Jet Making my own pipe.

Hey guys I have a question for you. I have seen different pipes for the superjet, like the c4 chamber and the limited and mod b pipe, and I have also seen a carbon b pipe. I was wondering if I could try to make my own chamber by laying fiberglass over a foam cutout and mimicking the carbon b pipe that I have seen. I don't know if it will handle the heat or not so that is why I am coming to you.

I think the composites would with stand the heat of the engine. The problem is 2 stroke expansion chambers have a ton of math and science that go into them. So unless youve really done your homework. The odds of you NOT losing power is slim, let alone make more power than the stock exhaust. I have seen guys build their own chambers for dirtbikes and snowmobiles out of steel and they did work well. But these were professional guys that work on them for a living. Not saying you dont have the skills. I dont know your back ground. A jet ski wouldnt be much different from what they were building. Now if you were going to copy the chamber of a b pipe I bet it would perform just the same. Although im not sure how ethical that is.
