Making a waterbox (95 Sj)

Hey guys What does the internals of a custom waterbox look like? im gonna be making a custom one for my sn superjet. i have all the means and equipment to fab it up. but i would like to know more specifically what i use for baffles and how it is baffled. also if someone has done this before could i see some pics.

The best type in my opinion: internal 2" spiral louvered tube with an outer 4" tube around it.

also i got some 3.5 laying around you think that will work if i made more spiral notches
