machining interchangbale domes...

I have an old TWIST girdled head on my Superjet that is making 195psi. i believe the dome size is 32cc. I am trying to figure a way to get compression down to about 180psi to allow me to use 93 octane. Can it be machined to a larger cc? is there any risk in doing this? what do you all think?
