Low speed adjuster help

I installed the quick t handle adjuster and it just doesn't seem like it bottoms out well. Specifically on the low speed adjusters. It doesn't stop so to speak... Just gets hard to turn. Anyone have any tips?? The hi speed are fine. Just want to make sure I'm correct on my baselines....

Compare your old adjuster needles to the new ones to make sure they're the same taper and length. Sometimes the "T" bottoms out on the carb body. You either have remove some of the protrusion around the hole or bend the T handles into Y handles.

Compared them and they are identical minus the 't' part. Thanks for the tips...I may remove the spring and see how it 'bottoms out'. Just to see...
