Low end impeller with out loosing top end?

trying to decide on what pitch to go with, I know for free style every one says go 9/15 well I don't just want low end, I know it's probably no plausible but I want the best of both worlds...
Any suggestions? My ski is pretty heavy, it's be reinforced pretty heavely, I ride nothing but lakes

What would top speed for 9/15 and a 10/16? Maybe my real question is how much top speed do you loose going to these pitches?

I'm running a 9/15 on my SN. I don't know what my top speed is but it's damn fast. I don't feel like I really lost any top end, but I sure as heck gained low end grunt. My ski is a 61x/62t w/b-pipe, head, enhancer, light flywheel, etc.

I've got rn 701, bpipe, ada 35cc head, enhancer with rev limiter set to it's lowest point and a 9/15 and I get 49.5mph on 2 different gps

Could probably get higher if I raise rpm limit but don't want to just yet
