little behind on maintenance

So after a year of a stripped case bolt rattling around between the hull and motor and a cracked pole vent hose I stated to pull the motor(for got how heavy they were).
I decided to not tear down motor to helicoil one case bolt and leave the bolt out.I did find my waterbox cracked at the seam, likely from a nasty back fire I had a couple years ago (should have looked into that when I noticed the hull getting all black).so i will try to get that welded.

Couple ?"s

Starting has been noisy for some time,so I pulled starter and bedix but both seem o.k. Starter had bit of water in but very clean inside .Front bearing and seal may be ? Can I buy bearing or seal ,if I remember right they are protected(can't buy them)

What do you use for sealing starter .I have tried silicone and silicone grease before and seams to force out stock rubber quad ring

What works good for cleanig inside of hull and ceramic coated pipe

Is there any way to clean carbon out of pipe

Can I just use copper gasket sealer on old head pipe gasket if i can't get a new one locally

Thanks for the input

Jet Ski Solutions sells a rebuild kit for starters that has the bearing & seal.

I use purple power clean, dish soap, and bleach to clean the inside of hulls out. Let it soak, give it a scrub with a scrub brush, and then hit ti with the power washer.

As for the pipe... probably not the best advice but I would just use gasoline and perhaps a chimney cleaner type brush.
