Lightning stock fly-wheel

How much weight can you safely take off? I am not sending it off because I have a freind that is a machinest, and will do it for next to nothing. He has done plenty of dirtbike flywheels.

Depends of who you ask. .5 lbs is the norm. for most builders. Where you take it off is anouther question.

evenly taking it off is teh key.. if that thing gets slightly heaver on one end your gonna need a new wheel
