Lift suggestions

I have 3 ski's and a small couch and want to get them on a lift and off my grass. I was thinking of buying a used boat lift and adding a set of bunks to try and fit all 4 on one lift. A lift designed for a 19' boat should accommodate 2 ski's end to end and side to side (4 total). My only concern is unequal weight, but it's a lot less weight than a boat.

I don't want 4 jet ski lifts next to our dock, we don't have the room. And it doesn't appear as if anyone makes very small lifts for stand-ups specifically.

Anyone do this? Any other suggestions?

I have a single stand up lift and hate it. What a useless POS. If I buy another lift it will be for a pontoon. Then I can put about six sets of bunks on it, and raise and lower them all together. There would even be room for a platform to stand on between each ski. Life would be grand...

however, when you lower the lift all 4 ski's are goign to start floating off..
