Legs not working....

I am having certain problems in the walking department vis-a-vis my ability to do so, which is mostly in the negative category right now.

Or to put in another way: I smacked the living crap out of my legs yesterday and I don't seem to be able to walk very well anymore! I just got out on the lake and picked up my first cruiser - perfect wake. There was a guy on board snapping pictures so my plan was to ride like a pro, and then give them my e-mail address. I worked up from some straight up jumps to no-handers to nose-stabs, catching some pretty good air. Then I went for the big BR - and it was certainly BIG. The only problem was that it was half of a BR, and once I was upside down my rotation completely stopped and I plummeted like a stone. The ski landed on me with the bars straight across both thighs. Hurt like a m***** f***** :scared: . Once I'd dragged myself back on the ski the boat was too far away to catch, so I limped back to the ramp, struggled for half an hour to get the ski in the truck, struggled for another 15 minutes to change out of my riding gear, and then dragged my sorry arse home.

Walking isn't so great now - apart from the fact that both quads hurt like h***, they keep just letting go and my leg collapses. I've nearly hit the deck a couple of times - I'm going to end up with a broken collarbone soon!!

I'll have some wicked bruises in a couple of days - I'll snap some pics for everyone to laugh at

On the bright side - if the bars hit my legs then my weight must have been way forward, so at least my form was good

Just plain me....
ouch....but did it look good while you were trying:biggrin:

rub your quads down with some of Suzi's horse linament; it won't do anything for the bruising, but it will take the ache out of the muscles
