You guys think my needle seat is leaking? or??

Ski ran great in Daytona few months ago. Once i got back from Florida in january i simply parked ski for the winter.
Then last week at the Dells freeride i fired ski up for the 1st time. Ski almost seemed like it was flooded when i went to start it up n I also have to hold open the throttle a little to help ski fire up. A fair amount of black sludge came out the exhaust when i 1st fired her up as well.
Once running she shows NO signs of any issues, ski has great power n plugs are a light brown.... But once skis turned off n sits for short period of time then it seems to be flooded again. Granted if i hold throttle open half way she will slowly fire up but thats not sufficient to me.
