Freestyle Lakes around Orlando and Tallahassee

This week I will be in Orlando area, followed by Tallahassee area. Which lakes are open/good for freestyle (deep + easy access etc)?

about an hour or so past talli is compass lake. big, deep, plenty of wake board boats.
