I normally don't write reviews about a seller good or bad, but with all the hate mail I've been reading for this particular seller I figured he earned some good words from one very satisfied customer. I have to admit reading some of the negative feedback people have been throwing out there made me a bit skeptical about doing business with this seller. But he had a product I was willing to take a risk on and I have to say it was an absolute pleasure. I recently inquired mr. Bill Smith aka L.T.D. About purchasing a pole from him and since my inquiry we were in consistent contact from initial order all the way to delivery. He sent me progress pictures every step of the way, answered every email, text, even called and talked to him on the phone a cpl times regarding parts, compatability, payment,shipping etc. and even asking if he could finish/ship my pole earlier than I had arranged. He happily obliged as well as provided proper tracking information per my request. I made payment and he shipped same day. My pole was not lost in mail, nor was I given any excuses or delay in expected build time. No half assed stuff in the box and go packaging either. Everything was wrapped up tight and protected for shipment. I immediately wanted to install to see if anything was off like some of you were bitching about in previous threads.. Nope, poles straight, welds look good, edges grinded down, etc. got it slapped on my ski in minutes, I will admit there is a lil tinkering I have to do, mainly because I didn't specify that I have aftermarket steering.... No biggie, I feel I'm competent enough to operate a drill lol I give this seller an A++ great communication, awesome customer service, fast shipping, and no bull****. The way business is supposed to be handled, I personally am super stoked he was willing to make this pole being as; if I'm going to get a new pole I would've gone for the rrp which with pole and hardware would've ran over a G all said and done. Great similar product for less than half the price! IMO. W/e happened to everyone else that felt they got jooed or scammed compared to my dealing with the guy, I couldn't disagree more but after reading how some people were handling their dealings with him I personally would've told you to go screw yourself, but that's just me. He's not blowsion or some fancy company. He's just your average dude who had the consideration to think of his fellow stand up brotheren by offering a similar product at a superior price. I apologize for the drawn out feedback and mean no disrespect to any of the other members on here. But I feel this guy is being bashed on and it wouldn't have been right for me to receive such a satisfying experience and not be the first to back him. Here's some pics to support my findings.
