SX/SXi/SXi Pro kill switch problems

I removed my lanyard kill switch on my 750sx and now my ski won't turn over or even click. I tried crimping the remaining two wires together and still nothing. Im trying to get to the lake today so any input is appreciated.

"IF" you put the two wires together, from the start button, and it still did not crank, you have another issue. may be bad start relay, starter, battery, ground, wires going into the elect box, etc.

you will need to do some testing.
