Other Kawasaki/Yamaha Pipe Muffler Bushing: Where to Find or How to McGyver?

Beside Kawasaki Dealers, does anyone know where to get these or how to manufacture/purchase a subsitute? On stock JS 650's it held the pipe to the manifold.

The Kawasaki Jetski Part numbers are 92160 and 92160 A.
