Kawasaki 550 with Yamaha carburetor how to adjust

Does anyone know how to adjust the air/fuel on a Kawasaki 550 that have a Yamaha carburetor tHE square one I forgot it's name

you want to run the jetting and screw settings that comes stock with a 61x superjet setup. Thats what we used to run on our 550s with good success
