Jetting problem - diferent size of pilot jets

Is it posible that I should have diferent size of jets?

I have SXR 800, dual SBN 38, factory dry pipe, R&D 27cc head, 155lbs.
Front cilinder is dry (light brown), but rear is litle wet (dark brown) at same jets. Air screws adjustment don't change this situation.
What could be wrong?

I have 2.0 N&S 95g spring, 80 pilot jet and 152.5 main jet. What should I do or maybe change or check?
I tred with both 87.5 jetts, but the same problem. Some guy adviced me to have 87 - 95 pilot jets and around 135 main. Wouldnt this be seizure at full trottle?

Thanks for some answers

The only time I have seen this is when there was an air leak on one of the cylinders.

Do yo mean on bottom of cylinder or carb. Practicaly this is the same problem?
If there is air leak, then motor is rev up unloaded,or this is not necessary?
