Pulled the carbs, pilot 130, main 120. Stumbles like crazy till 1/3 throttle then runs awsome to the top. It helped to close off the idle circut, but still rich off idle, popoff is 18 and 22, stock porting, Riva drypipe.

First of all, equalize the popoff.
In my experience, try going for 24-25 psi popoff even in both carbs

Bring the pilots down to 125 and see if it runs better.
That jetting seems mighty fat.

I know its way rich, the pipe is super oily and no signs of a burnt coupler also. I just wonder if 2 sizes down is enough.

With a B-Pipe, I was running 24 psi popoff with 2.0 N&S, 95g springs, 115 pilots, 122.5 mains.

However, you don't have porting and you have a drypipe. I would expect your mains to be bigger than mine and perhaps the pilots.
I am telling you to go to 125 pilots just so you slowly work your way down. Don't overshoot.
