The only kits I ever found were "dealer" kits that had a very large assortments and were cost prohibitive. They are available through OEM's like Yamaha but Hot Products had the best pricing and assortments back in the day.
This is a loaded question depending on what you are working on.
Jets aren't cheap and our skis really only use a narrow assortment so it's cheapest to get a small assortment of common sizes.
Now, if you are working on a bastard project ski like I did years ago, I ended up buying two of just about every jet over a period of 2 years trying to find the magic combo!
It turns out the only thing more expensive than jets is shipping and import fees and I would have been ahead to have ordered them all in one kit rather than 3-4 sizes at a time.
I ended up with so many that I designed an organizer to hold them all and eventually developed it into a product a few years back. I still have a few on the shelf if you are interested.
There were talks of getting with Jetmaniac and developing a base kit with a common assortment for our crowd but the range of what is "common" could never be established and we left it at each person putting together exactly what they wanted. Jetmaniac has a list of common sizes he puts together for guys though.
Cost for one of my organizers is $20 plus shipping but does not include any jets.
