I have been buying jet ski parts from Chris for nearly two years. Chris always have been helpful and respond to me quickly. He ships out every parts within 24 hours after I ordered them (the fastest was like 30 minutes). I get all the parts within three business days. Two days ago, my ski suffered a ripped gasket and I'm attending big a jet ski event on Saturday and Chris sent out a new gasket for via Express mail yesterday and it just now arrived here. Unfortunately, I found another problem yesterday after I just ordered the gasket and asked Chris again for another part this morning. He responds to me quickly as always and sent the product out today. There is nobody else I know of better than Chris! He always have been my #1 jetski shop and will always be!!
