you can also install a seat from a needle & seat out of a carb into the stinger line. I use a 2.5 seat to reduce water to stinger. I have a JetWorx valve but have yet to install it as the seat seems to work well.

I have also done this but like the valve much better its worth the price.

anybody know how many turns I need on the pro adjustable one when hooking it up?

Thanks,

aaron

Depends on your set up, you pretty much have to run the boat w/ the line to the stinger off the boat (short runs) and see when (what rpms) the water starts to exit the line. I believe you want the water to start to shoot out about 3000 rpms??????

I ended up w/ mine at like 12.5 psi and it seems to come on arround 3000 or 3500 rpms. Worked all day Sunday, not a huge difference in power gaines that I could tell over the 2.3 carb seat that was in there.
