Great Rider and Great for the Sport.
yeah, he can ride like a mofo.
but im not sure of his love for the sport. it seems like hes pretty much NOT in love with the sport. especially the way he tantrums in public and burns his sponsors and smashes trpohies in front of jr riders.
the $hit he pulled at havasu and previous events needs to be called out for people that were not there.
it should not be taboo. we can talk about lee stone. we can laugh at lenzi's speedos but stoyer seems to be taboo because some people here know him.

good point harrison. he doesnt start drama on the boards. the last online drama he started was a very big step in his continuing downward spiral.

I think hes got sweet style on his boat, not a cut and dry flatwater but not a surf style either, he flows on a jet. I wish he would have done better and WF and not messed up so much. Hes got the best stabs in my book. Every sport is going to have their top guys with tantrums and taboo behavior on and off the court, Dennis Rodman, that tennis guy who exploded on the courts, etc. I think he is devoted to freestyle, I mean he has a car that fits a ski in the trunk.

He gets upset when he does not do as well as he would like. It is because he is so passonate about it. His personality is what makes him a better rider. Everyone is putting him down because of the trophy thing. It was a heat of teh moment thing.. I am sure if you asked him he would feel bad about the kids seeing it. I cannot beleve he would want to do that. And as for the sponsor thing.. there are two sides to every story.. I dont reacll exactly what happened but whatever... Malone was in the same situation a few years back with sponsors and look at him now...
