I have a couch (Polaris 750) I smashed into oblivion last summer jumping waves during a small craft advisory. damage was: two fist sized holes completely thought the hull and a smashed rideplate. the hull was pretty serious. it required me completely tearing the boat apart to repair it properly.

well, I just put the last bolts in it tonight and and dumped some fuel in it and hit the button...nothing. then I turned the gas on:banghead: , and hit it again. took a second to prime and she fired right up.:woot:


now WHY you ask would I be so excited about having my couch sea worthy again? well...

1. the G/F wants it to ride
2. because it really IS the best platform for me to shoot video.
3. sometimes it's fun to go like hell...at least for a minute.

lake testing is tomorrow morning. :biggthumpup:

Damn, I just saw your pics. That is THE best looking SL750 I've seen. Are you on the greenhulk.net polaris forums? Here is my 785 Pro and Scott's 785 Pro (and my 99 SJ and my wife's SJ in the pickup bed).

Yeah! I was going to ask about that nose too. Looks like a little piece added in front of the cylon eye. haha. Looks yellow, is it a 1974 JS400?

the 785 pro was my inspiration for the color. I would love to have one. so much so I've been trying to squeeze the most power I can get out of my 750 for years. I just recently learned about green hulk, I've only posted over there once so far.

the ski behind it is "the short bus", my 84 js550. the nose is a PJS nose piece that replaces the factory nose section.

now, lets go see if this sucker floats.:biggthumpup:

Harbor Freight trailer. I bought one of those this summer. I had two Polaris 2 seaters on it, haha. Pretty overloaded.
